The AgXcel GX6 Microtubing is designed to replace disk orifices to apply several types of fertilizers such as biological, carbons, humic acids, starters, nitrogens, & molasses like products. But the GX6 Microtubing is capable of being used with all infurrow fertilizers such as 10-34-0 and also all Nitrogen applications. 

AgXcel’s Microtubing has an inside diameter that is at least twice as large as its equivalent disk orifice size and can be up to four times as large, therefore allowing for improved management of liquid flow & pressure regulation, especially with high viscosity fertilizers. And since the inside diameter is so much larger than a disk orifice, this also means that you are able to use a larger filter screen as well. Since the particles in your fertilizer can no longer plug a disk orifice, that means you don’t need as fine of a filter to catch those particles. AgXcel commonly provides 20 mesh filters with pump system orders that include the GX6 Microtubing

AgXcel carries 13 different sizes of this specialized tubing that is custom for the precision measurement of liquid flow and placement. In addition to the specialized inside diameter of the Microtube, in-depth lab and field testing has shown that tube lengths affect the overall flow measurement and system pressure. AgXcel cuts all tubing to the needed length for your requirements, so all you have to do is install the tubing.

The GX6 Microtubing manifold incorporates dual check valves & dual microtubes for each row to add greater ability to manage liquid flow & pressure ranges. The dual check valves incorporate two valve bodies per row with an embedded 4lb or 10lb check valve that allows for the regulating of flow through either only the smaller size microtube, the larger size microtube, or both microtubes to allow an even larger flow output. When managing any system that utilizes high viscosity fertilizers, the management of proper system pressure is critical for a precise application. If too much pressure is created, then flow restriction occurs, which reduces liquid flow and enables inaccurate product measurement. And if too little pressure is present, then you won’t have a steady stream or a consistent flow rate at each row either.

AgXcel’s Microtubing can also be used with all product applicators, including:
