Winterizing the AgXcel GX2 or GX5 pump system is simple.
We recommend flushing the pump system and all plumbing with RV washer fluid. Ensure that the temperature is lower than what the normal low temperature is for your area. Once the washer fluid comes out at the rows, you can either drain the washer fluid or keep the washer fluid in the pump system. By keeping the washer fluid in the pump system, the fluid will help keep the diaphragms moist, preventing the diaphragms from cracking.
