Quality Control | AgXcel, LLC

AgXcel takes quality control very seriously.

We understand that if you receive a missing or damaged part, that issue can take days to get resolved. Either if we have to send out new parts or if you have to take time out of your day to go to town and get parts, it’s costly for everyone. And on top of that, it is annoying and not what is expected when purchasing a premium product.

To prevent these available mistakes from happening, just before every order ships out, multiple people will lay out that order and check over the order. The first person is the assembler. This one person is responsible for the entire order. They will assemble all components and lay them all out. Once they have pulled the entire order, they will then go down multiple check lists to ensure that all components have been pulled. And then after that, they will also confirm upon themselves that out of all the components pulled, that they would all work together. Meaning that an order that is listed as being used for infurrow application doesn’t have 2×2 stainless tubes. That doesn’t make sense to have 2×2 tubes if the order is noted as being used for infurrow application. If an error like this were to arise, then the assembler would confirm this with the salesman if this is correct.

The next step is for the salesman who sold this system to then also look over the order and ensure that all parts needed are pulled and the correct amount are pulled. They will ensure that the pump is properly built, the manifold is properly built, all harnessing is included and connected, & all plumbing is present along with bracketing. Along with even more strict QC control like ensuring that all needed components have orings, all harness pins are in good condition, and no poly fittings are cracked.

The last person to check over the order is the shop manager. They also follow the same steps and ensure that every needed part is included. They then take pictures of the entire order, that any of the salesman can refer to if needed. And then finally the order is packaged and shipped out.

There is no excuse for a premium product to be sent out without ensuring that the order is correct & complete. That is part of the premium you are paying for. So all of this to say, we take our quality control very seriously.
