AgXcel Custom Systems

AgXcel builds many different custom systems to fit all customer requirements. This install was for a test plot planter for Monsanto. It utilizes the AgXcel GX2 dual product system, AgXcel Mag Meter and custom manifold and pump for lower volume rates.

AgXcel System On a JD 1770 NT CCS

This Install utilizes:
– AgXcel GX2 for in furrow fertilizer application
– GX5 hydraulic pump system 2×2 application of 28%
– GX30 VRT to vary the rate of the 2×2 application with a rate of 10-40 GPA
– and the GX12i to inject an insecticide into the infurrow stream at 12 oz per acre

AgXcel GX5 on a JD 1770 NT Integrated into Trimble LRCM

On this install the AgXcel GX5 is mounted on the back of the planter with an AgXcel mounting bracket and the hydraulic lines are “Teed” into the planter blower motor.

Harvest International Planter Front Fold

Fitted with GX5 hydraulic diaphragm pumps with an AgLeader L2 liquid controller.

John Deere 1775NT

AgXcel’s GX2 dual electric pump system installed on a 16R 1775NT planter being controlled with the AgXcel AutoX Controller.

John Deere 1795NT ME5

A dealership installed GX5 LFP80 hydraulic diaphragm pump for 16/31R planter with a 500 gallon tank kit.

JD DB58 Planter 

Installed with AgXcel’s GX5 LFP80 hydraulic diaphragm pump being controlled with a JD Greenstar liquid controller & three section valves.

JD DB60 Planter

Installed with AgXcel’s GX5 LFP80 hydraulic diaphragm pump being controlled with a JD Greenstar liquid controller & three section valves.

Kuhn Krause Gladiator

AgXcel went out to Oklahoma on January first to replace a 10 year old GX5 LFP250 pump that was damaged due to a lack of maintenance. Since the motor and PWM valve along with the rest of the electronics were still working, only the pump was replaced. After 15 minutes of work, this farmer was back in play.

Kinze 3600 Planter

Case 2135 with Magnum 310

Not far from Kearney, Nebraska, a Case 2130 planter is applying dual product. Nitrogen and 10-34-0 infurrow. Utilizing the GX6 dual check valves and dual microtubes along with a GX2 for infurrow application and the GX5 LFP80 for Nitrogen.

PlanterWorx

Also near Kearney, Nebraska, two PlanterWorx bars, both with the GX5 hydraulic pump and GX7 ISOBUS row monitor system.

Dalton Bar 

One of AgXcel’s largest diaphragm pumps, the LFP160 pump, installed on an older Dalton bar with a sight glass manifold and the AgXcel AutoX controller.

Orthman 1TRIPR

Just north of town, a quick install on an Orthman 1TRIPR 8R bar with a GX5 LFP80 being controlled with an AgLeader controller.

4R Custom Plot Bar 

A custom install for Nutrien Ag in Nebraska, for plot tests to demonstrate Loveland’s liquid fertilizers.

Case 2150 Planter 

At the time when the Case 2150 planter was released, this was one of the first models in Nebraska. This farmer asked us for a Nitrogen application pump with four section valves. Also being controlled with the Raven RCM ISO liquid controller.

Case 930 

A GX5 is in use with the GX7 ISO row monitor system to apply an NH3 stabilizer. While also using the GX6 dual check valve and dual microtubes to quickly change orifice sizes and greatly reduce rows from plugging. 

NH3 Bar 

Another install with a GX5 hydraulic pump & GX7 ISO row monitor system to apply an NH3 stabilizer product with the GX6 dual check valves and dual microtubes.
