John Deere Controller Integration options

The most commonly used liquid controller by far is the John Deere Series of liquid controllers. AgXcel provides all of the needed harnessing to connect the chosen pump system to any of the John Deere Liquid Controllers available.

There are three types liquid controllers that John Deere uses. 

The most commonly used model is the GS3 Original Greenstar Liquid Controller. This is a single product liquid controller. This has been used for many years and has proven itself to be a reliable controller. The Greenstar original liquid controller is a great option that AgXcel highly recommends for those with JD displays.

The next available option, though not as commonly seen anymore, is the John Deere Rate Controller 2000. This controller gives the user the ability to use two or more products with one liquid controller. 

Just like with the Greenstar original liquid controller, AgXcel also provides harnessing to connect this liquid controller into the pump system that will be used.

And the latest option that released in 2025 is the John Deere Rate Controller 3. 

Another quality liquid controller available though your John Deere dealer. This liquid controller can use the same harnessing as the two liquid controllers listed above. This controller gives you the ability to apply up to two liquid products through the one controller. Depending on your configuration, AgXcel will provide the correct harnessing to connect your pump system into this liquid controller.

• AgXcel can provide all harnessing to connect to either of these liquid controllers to either the GX2 Electric Pump System or the GX5 Hydraulic Pump System.
• Your local John Deere Dealer will provide you with the liquid controller of your choice and the harnessing to connect the liquid controller to your tractor/display.
