We also have an AI bot on our website that has been trained by AgXcel staff to answer numerous questions accurately. This is a tool that AgXcel is heavily invested in. AgXcel does not use an answering machine to direct calls. You just call us and you get ahold of an AgXcel rep. No being told that “you must contact your local dealer” or waiting for an answering machine to direct you to the right person. You call AgXcel and you get a real person available to help you.
AgXcel reps also provide you with our cell phone numbers for your convenience. You can contact us after normal business hours for sales or tech support, or if you have a preferred sales rep then you can get ahold of him even more quickly.
AgXcel does also have a large dealer network, ready to help you with your sales and tech support needs. We are proud and blessed to have such a great dealer network with knowledgeable and hard working dealers.
