The GX2 pump system was designed to allow for the AgXcel electric pumps to utilize proper system voltage so that amps may be distributed evenly and managed evenly to both pumps. This equalization allows for the pumps to be driven not only for pump longevity, but for equal flow draw, which is critical for any infurrow application scenario. When setting up any electric pump system, all connections from electrical to liquid play an important role in achieving maximum pump performance and durability. AgXcel averages approximately 5 years of life from our electric pumps due to the GX2 design and overall specification. AgXcel electric pumps are industry tested and sealed to keep out dust and external moisture. 

Most inaccurate applications are due to improper setup and improper management of system pressure. The AgXcel GX2 solution has overcome this issue over the past 12 years due to the design of the GX series of pump systems and has seen great success with the AgXcel electric pumps.

But at the heart of the GX2 is the AgXcel designed PWM driver. Designed by AgXcel for the GX2 & GX3 pump systems. Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controlled pumps are becoming more and more common, but other manufactures don’t provide the user with easy to read light signals for troubleshooting and proper functionality. The AgXcel PWM driver was made with simplicity in mind. Simplicity in operation, and simplicity in troubleshooting.

The AgXcel GX2 dual pump solution has an array of system features including seamless integration into all the major OEM controllers, such as Case, John Deere, Raven, AgLeader, Trimble, Micro-Trak, and others. With AgXcel products, design the user can experience features like:

  • Prescription Control

As with all AgXcel precision fertilizer application systems, in an effort to ensure that the GPA requirement is met, comes pre-assembled with a GX2 laser cut powder coated solid stand, dual filters are mounted and all hoses are pre-cut, fitted and plumbed to ensure proper flow is met and system pressure is maintained.
